SPEECHES

Ladies n gentleman, I am here to put forward the proposals for the new Hotel Ballroom. This will be located in 2nd floor, and will replace the existing room in 1st floor.

As a start, I would like to say that the present ballroom is old fashioned and not support the capacity. It is difficult to get more income for the hotel.

As for the suggestion that the project is a waste of money, the new ballroom in fact represent a valuable investment of the Hotel. The construction of the new ballroom represent modern style and the building itself provides new facilities such as lounge, pool table, and luxury karaoke room.

To sum up, I feel that this project will be great, not only for hotel income, but also for customer satisfaction

I would like to oppose the plan to build a new ballroom at the Hotel. As a start, I think that this project will be disturbed the customer. Moreover, the construction will take a long time. The construction process, incidentally, make the customer to find another hotel which has comfort situation.

Turning to the question of valuable investment, it is better to change this project, to give employee training in order to increase service to the customer is more valuable than build a new ballroom.

In conclusion, the project is disadvantages for the hotel occupancy and I feel that I like not the plan to build new a ballroom the less, but to give employee training more.
